Whether you are creating your lists for the first time or have well-established lists in place, Contact Beacon’s list management features help you build your lists and keep them accurate, current and clean.

• Build your lists with subscription requests from your website using code we provide
• Import opt-in, permission-based email lists from one or more source files of any size, any time
• Add new contacts to an existing list via the import utility or manual entry
• Update contact list records using the import utility, or enter changes manually
• Upload custom information for your contacts, such as interests, demographics, birthdays and more which you can use to increase relevance in your messages
• Create new contact lists based on recipient response from a prior message
• Export lists at any time
• Include contacts on multiple lists; you only pay for unique contacts
• Archive lists that are not in use, and retrieve them easily if needed

Contact Beacon helps you keep your lists current and clean. Contact Beacon:

• Culls duplicate contacts on list imports and message deliveries
• Flags undeliverable addresses, opt-outs and bounces
• Prevents message delivery to contacts who have opted-out
• Allows effective handling of bounces; you can either review each bounce manually, and fix repairable addresses, or delete them en masse
