Message templates save time and effort. Message templates are reusable layouts designed for a specific purpose. For example, you may want to have a template for a newsletter, a product promotion, an invitation, an electronic letterhead or any other marketing initiative. Templates help you create messages with consistent branding, layout, website links and other important features that you can reuse again and again.
Professional message templates reflect your company branding. Unlike other products that offer hundreds of stock templates, most of which won’t fit your unique brand, Contact Beacon puts you in complete control of the message template and design.
We offer message template design services for clients who’d like professionally designed message templates that incorporate their branding and message content.

Design and Edit Messages with Flexible Tools

Contact Beacon lets you design messages using both a non-HTML editing tool and an HTML editor. Our tool allows you to toggle between the two editors and a Preview mode, giving you the ability to edit a message quickly and immediately review the results.

Design Mode

HTML Mode: Code messages directly in HTML or easily paste in HTML that was built outside of Contact Beacon. Once your HTML is in Contact Beacon, you can edit the HTML without the need for any other application. Our HTML editor supports any standard HTML syntax, giving you full control over the code and the creative license to develop messages your way.
Design Mode: If you don’t know HTML, our intuitive WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) interface lets you design in a visual message layout where you can insert text, images and hyperlinks, and alter text size, color, placement and much more. You can also alter messages that were created in HTML without knowing HTML.
Preview Mode: See what your message will look like to recipients, and test the links embedded in the message for click-through accuracy using the preview mode.

Use our Advanced Message Features

Personalization: Increase relevancy and make it more likely that your message will get noticed using message personalization. Insert personalized information into any message
Hyperlink Creation: Create hyperlinks to your website, email address and more. Contact Beacon detects all URL hyperlinks in your message and sets them up for results tracking and reporting. As message recipients click on these links, Contact Beacon tracks the hits for each link for each recipient, giving you valuable information about where recipients are going on your website and how many times they visit each page.
Personalized Hyperlinks: You can also insert personalized recipient information into hyperlinks, such as first and last names or other identifiers. Marketers use personalized hyperlinks to pass data to landing pages or to pass tracking information to web analytics programs.
Multi-part Messaging: Contact Beacon lets you send multi-part messages that automatically detect if the recipient's email application expects HTML or text, and will display the appropriate message type. You can also send text only or HTML only messages.
File Attachments: Send file attachments in any file format to your message recipients.
Image Hosting: Upload and store all of the images you use in your messages on our website
Archival: Archive message templates no longer in use, while being able to retrieve them immediately if needed.
